the national c1 chemical engineering technology research center was established in 1992, and was approved by the former state science commission as a subordinate institution of the southwest research & design institute of chemical industry. its main function is to strengthen the translation of research c1 chemical research results into real productive forces and to make scientific and technical achievements more closely match engineering projects. the center undertakes the research and development tasks of key national scientific and technical projects and c1 chemical reaction projects at home and abroad. it industrializes laboratory research findings and carries out the construction of technical and financial evaluations and engineering designs of industrial units.
