on april 16, mr. wan min, the chinese ambassador to norway, visited the fiskaa plant of elkem, and was warmly received by ceo helge aasen and employees in elkem. ambassador wang visited elkem’s r&d facilities and rec solar norway. after hearing detailed introduction to elkem and learning about its latest technologies, wang expressed his appreciation of elkem's world-class manufacturing level, congratulated elkem on the achievements made since its establishment which had been 100 years and especially after it joined bluestar, calling it a successful model of chinese m&a enterprises.
