by taking part in the bluestar summer camp, all the children learned independence, self-teaching, tolerance and humility. the visits to military camps and a series of training exercises taught them to be perseverant and brave. they learned about the history and corporate values of bluestar to get a general picture of the difficulties involved in setting up a business and earning money. through the study, they also learn and understand the true meaning of “human effort that counts” and “the details determine the success or failure.”
