heilongjiang haohua chemical corporation ltd. opened the 1st session of the workers'congress with the national anthem at 8:40 on february 3 with 100 formal representatives of employees from various units and 16 non-voting delegates present.

liu zhixing, party secretary and general manager, delivered the working report, which was divided into two parts: the review of the main work done in 2011 and work arrangements for 2012.

the report emphasized its work in 2012: with production and management at the center to enhance operational control by following market dynamics, adjust the system load, and realize maximum efficiency. through upgrading systems and strengthening basic management, the overall management would be enhanced. work hard for one hundred days to ensure a good first quarter. implement work production safety, energy savings and emissions reductions and lay a foundation of the healthy development of the enterprise resolve issues left over from its history, and deepen debt reductions and efficiency. with external linkage and internal upgrades over long and short term in the future, resolve bottleneck problems of the supply of calcium carbide. implement objectives of financing, ensure normal productions and operations and strengthen party building.
