(reporter: zhang yunzhong) recently, liming research institute’s application of establishing fluorine-containing electron gas engineering laboratory was approved by henan development and reform commission, which means that the company’s r&d of fluorine-containing electron gas will be supported by the government.
this laboratory will focus on key, fundamental and common issues in fluorine-containing electron gas production, researching deep impurity removal, pollution-free filling, transfer and storage. it will localize fluorine-containing electron gas production and build an internationally influential innovation platform for technological research, achievement transformation and technological radiation concerning fluorine-containing electron chemicals, so as to support the development of integrated circuit, flat panel display device, semiconductor and solar cell manufacturing.
liming research institute is one of the institutions that firstly developed sulfur hexafluoride production technique, which has been dedicated to research on fluorine-containing electron gas. it holds a number of core technologies, with the r&d of ultra-pure sulfur hexafluoride, carbon tetrafluoride and nitrogen trifluoride included in national or provincial key specific research subjects. with its comprehensive technology ability taking the lead in china, and product quality among world top, it enjoys a high reputation among its international and domestic counterparts.
this laboratory is the sixth engineering technology research center (engineering laboratory) founded by liming research institute, following national reaction injection moulding engineering technology research center, henan tpu engineering laboratory, testing sub-center of henan funiushan wild medicinal material origin engineering technology research center, luoyang traditional chinese medicinal materials analysis and testing laboratory and luoyang physicochemical-biological testing engineering technology research center.
