the phase i project of chemchina energy conservation and emission reduction promotion project undertaken by china haohua chemical (group) corporation with the loan from asian development bank (adb) is now officially implemented after going through project examination and approval, environmental impact assessment, safety assessment, occupational hygiene and energy efficiency evaluation. specifics are listed as below:
1. the technological retrofit project for energy conservation and emission reduction of the organic fluorine production system of zhonghao chenguang research institute of chemical industry. it includes three sub-projects: technological retrofit for reducing co2 emission of plasma pyrolysis hfc-23, energy efficient retrofit of the fluorine-containing polymer drying system, and that of organic fluorine production energy system.

2. the project of dezhou shihua chemical co., ltd. applying new mercury-free process to retrofit the pvc installation with the annual production capacity of 400,000 tons
