(correspondents: qin nian) on march 28, the southwest institute and the inner mongolia autonomous region petrochemical supervision and inspection research institute (hereafter called imarpsiri) signed the cooperation framework agreement on petrochemical industry development strategy in chengdu. the leaders of the two sides were present at the meeting including an chuyu, the party secretary and general manager of southwest institute, and li yingtong, vice president of the imarpsiri.
the imarpsiri is the only locally non-profit institution engaged in supervising the petrochemical engineering quality and inspecting natural gas, coal, petroleum and chemical products; it has supervised the quality of construction, expansion and reconstruction projects of petrochemical enterprises in the inner mongolia autonomous region and its surrounding areas; it has conducted administration and law enforcement supervision over the quality of petrochemical construction project and reviewed project design document; it has inspected the quality of natural gas, coal, coal-to-chemicals, and petroleum and chemical products; and it has worked on the research on product testing technology and standard setting. affiliated with the southwest institute are the national carbon-chemical engineering technology research center, state key laboratory for comprehensive utilization of industrial effluent gases, national gas standardization technical committee, and the coal-to-chemicals sub-committee of national coal chemical industry standardization technical committee. therefore, the southwest institute has advanced capabilities for scientific and technological innovation, expanded application of achievements and engineering development, and engineering experience.
both sides will conduct cooperation in the development of standard system, technology r&d, expansion of application of achievements, and inspection and testing business, bring into full play their advantages, and carry out technological innovation and market development, so as to achieve win-win results by complementing each other with their own advantages.
