recently, the provincial people's government of sichuan has announced the prize winners for progress in science and technology of 2017. the second prize goes to the industrialized technique to recover light hydrocarbon of tail gas from catalytic reforming by using pressure swing adsorption at a low pressure and at normal temperature, jointly developed by sichuan tianyi science & technology co., ltd. (tianyi) and cnpc sichuan petrochemical co., ltd.
this technique, first applied for industrial purpose in cnpc sichuan petrochemical, was another success of tianyi in comprehensive utilization of resources. it is highly original, technologically mature, with broad prospects for promotion and application, and expected to generate considerable economic and social benefits. it won unanimous praise from the expert panel in previous assessment, and was rated world-advanced. this award means a lot for the technique to be applied for more industrial purposes and generate more benefits, and builds up tianyi's influence and visibility in the industry, good to its corporate image.
