the chemical industry’s zhonghao chenguang research institute recently passed a national development and reform commission, ministry of science and technology, general administration of customs, and state administration of taxation evaluation with superior marks and has been designated a "state-accredited enterprise technical center", the only national enterprise technical center in the fluorine chemical industry for 2011.
the technical center is thus an integral part of the national innovation system and is a major base for research on industrial applications and the cultivation of outstanding scientists and scientific exchanges. it is also an important site for developing key technology, increased technical influence, and promoting industry, university and research synergy. it is expected to be state-of-the-art in its fields and a mainstay for enterprise development and outstanding in key technological innovation and systems integration, and capable of accomplishing key national research tasks.
the technical center is an honor for everyone involved and will greatly increase r&d capacity and motivate its researchers, which will in turn benefit the cultivation of technicians and their r&d abilities.
